If for any reason your order is not quite right for you, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and tags attached
• Free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of wear

How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Brevn cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please attach clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

In these situations, Brevn will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items showing visible signs of use
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or colour, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order separately.
